Another family favoite for you today. This is my BIL's favorite pie and he begs for it all the time. I'm giving it to you today.
And it is so very easy and fast to make.
CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER PIE
1 Grahm Cracker Crust ( or you can make your own by smashing graham crackers and mixing with butter)
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter- Creamy
4 oz container of Whipped Cream Chease
2/3 Cup Powdered Sugar
4 Tbsp Milk
1.5 oz Chocolate Pudding mix
1 3/4 Cup Milk (for pudding mix)
In a bowl, combine Peanut Butter, Cream Chease, Powdered Sugar and the 4 T of Milk.
After mixing, place in the bottom of the crust.
Mix Chocolate Pudding with 1 3/4 C Milk. Stir well so that no lumps remain. Wait a minute until the pudding starts to thicken then pour over the peanut butter in the pie crust.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Top with Cool Whip and serve.

Thank you very much! But what is whipped cream cheese?
Whipped Cream chease is in the cream cheese section of the store. It is basically fluffy cream chease.
I used to make this with regular cream cheese, I just softened it a bit and had to add more milk to make the peanut butter stuff smooth.
With the Whipped cream cheese you don't have to add as much milk and the whipped cream cheese is already very soft.
